As we continue to develop our product range, an exciting new senior role has been created at our Customer Service Centre. The role offers considerable challenge and responsibility of improving the way we work so we can deliver even better services for consumers. Ready to make this role your own and put your all-round talents to the test?

You’ll have real influence and visibility, acting as the conduit between the Centre and multiple business units. It will be down to you to keep abreast of everything that’s going on across the organisation and share this information so those in the frontline are fully up to speed on our business initiatives and activities. Spending at least one day a week in London will give you the necessary 360º view of the business. Just as importantly, you’ll drive change by liaising with our advisors to gain customer insight and feeding this back to the business.

You could come from an operations, customer service or communications background – what’s vital is that you can equip our advisors to interpret why customers contact us and identify trends. You’ll be a confident networker, fluent communicator, charismatic presenter and skilled facilitator, while a flair for analysing and interpreting data will also be important.
