As we continue to develop our product range, an exciting new senior role has been created at our Customer Service Centre. The role offers considerable challenge and responsibility of improving the way we work so we can deliver even better services for consumers. With senior level responsibility, you’ll be pivotal to improving the customer experience of two of our web-based services – as well as managing a team that handles a range of customer enquiries by email, letter and sometimes phone. Which? Local is a user-generated site that allows members to recommend traders and services in their local area, while Which? Switch is a comparison product for utilities. You’ll work closely with business owners and marketing teams to improve both products and services and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
We’re looking for an inspirational leader who can manage multiple workstreams and provide impressive internal and external account management. You should be passionate about both developing a diverse, 15-strong team and improving the customer experience.
