You will deliver business focused support to the Head of Talent and People Managers within your specified area of the business with particular focus on our pay review process and employee relations. Working collaboratively with other members of the Talent Team, you will ensure there are efficient and consistent working practices and processes to deliver effective support to the business.
It is important that you have a good generalist HR background (preferably with experience of pay review processes) and up to date knowledge of employment law. Ideally you will have a full or part CIPD qualification.
