Like most contact centre roles, you’ll take all kinds of calls from all kinds of people. But, unlike most contact centre roles, there’s no hard sell and no script. We believe great sales come from great service. So, whether it’s a current member or new customer, you’ll listen to their individual needs and provide informed, independent advice on products that match. Simple.
Our package includes 28 days’ holiday, pension, healthcare and more. You can choose from full-time (35 hours p/w) and part-time (20 hours p/w) flexible shift patterns from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. You’ll get full training and support. Best of all, you’ll be part of a friendly, close-knit team doing their bit to empower consumers.
