Based in our Contact Centre in Hertford you will deal with Inbound calls from our dedicated members and new customers. You will give the standards of customer service for which we are renowned, whilst promoting beneficial products & services. It’s all about getting to know their needs and matching products accordingly.
So you’ll need to combine the resilience and passion of a natural sales person with the tenacity to make the grade. A team player with genuine customer focus, you’ll know exactly how to empower consumers to make the right choices and exceed their expectations. We are offering full time flexible shift patterns (35 hours per week ) from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
