They also offer the opportunity to attend talks by the leading lights of business and academia – Lord Alan Sugar and Professor Lynda Gratton to name but two. If you’re honing specific skills, there are a range of virtual learning programmes to follow in your own time. We want to make sure you’ve got everything you need to get started at Which? Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect from day one.
You’ll spend your first day with a tour of the place we call home which, depending on your role, is either our London or Hertford office. It’s a great chance to say hello to the people you’ll be working with. During the day you’ll also be able to find out more about the key points of your new role.
In your first week your buddy will help you understand more about how we work at Which? and introduce you to the different teams in your building. You’ll find out more about the training and resources we offer. You’ll also have the chance to explore our intranet, where you’ll find a section dedicated to new starters.
We hold a welcome day for everyone who’s new to Which? It’s our way to welcome you properly and a chance to meet people from different departments, as well as other new starters. We’ll tell you more about our history and our mission, and explain how we continue to make a difference to consumers’ lives. In fact you can see this for yourself, as you’ll have access to all our work as soon as you start, from Which? magazines to our legal service.
